In der heutigen Sitzung des Ausschusses für Wirtschaft und Energie des Deutschen Bundestages hat die Bundesregierung durch die Parlamentarische Staatssekretärin Brigitte Zypries über die Prüfung des Verkaufs von RWE-DEA an einen russischen Investors berichtet. Dazu erklärt der CDU-Bundestagsabgeordnete für Nordfriesland und Dithmarschen-Nord, Ingbert Liebing, MdB, der dem Ausschuss angehört:
"Es ist gut, dass die Bundesregierung den beabsichtigten Verkauf der RWE-Tochter DEA an einen russischen Investor sorgfältig prüft. RWE-DEA fördert u.a. Öl im Wattenmeer vor Dithmarschen im
Bereich Mittelplate. Es ist kein Alltagsgeschäft, wenn deutsche Ölförderrechte an ein ausländisches Unternehmen verkauft werden.
Ich erwarte von der Bundesregierung, dass im Rahmen des geltenden Rechtes alle Möglichkeiten ausgeschöpft werden, dieses Geschäft zu verhindern. Es kann nicht sein, dass wir einerseits als
rohstoffarmes Land auf einen sparsamen und sorgfältigen Umgang mit unseren wenigen Rohstoffen Wert legen, aber gleichzeitig zulassen, dass unsere wenigen Vorkommen ins Ausland verkauft werden.
Und das ausgerechnet an einen russischen Investor, während wir gleichzeitig in Europa und weltweit über Sanktionen gegen Russland wegen dessen Verstößen gegen das Völkerrecht diskutieren und
unsere Energieabhängigkeit von Russland verringern wollen.
Der Verkauf von RWE-DEA an einen russischen Investor ist wenig Vertrauen erweckend. Wenn es eine rechtliche Möglichkeit gibt, ihn zu untersagen, sollte diese Möglichkeit genutzt werden."
